Avoid overpayment by adjusting the pending affiliate commission period to match your business’ refund policy length.
Rewardful automatically recalculates affiliate commissions and maintains an up-to-date payment list.
“The cherry on the cake was its integration with PayPal which allows me mass payment to various affiliates to facilitate our affiliate management at its peak.”
Complete the Rewardful and Stripe integration.
This will grant Rewardful with access to track all sales, identify those generated through affiliate links, and automatically calculate corresponding commissions.
Qualified affiliate commissions are initially held in ‘pending’ status before they’re changed to ‘due.’
Our default pending period is 30 days following the sale. However, it is suggested that you change the pending period to match your company’s refund policy.*
When the affiliate commission is still unpaid and a partial refund is requested, Rewardful recalculates the commission amount.
For full refunds, the corresponding commission record is deleted.
To check your affiliate payout list, go to Rewardful dashboard > Payouts > filter the list by status.
*For example, if you have a 90-day refund policy, the ‘pending’ period should also be 90 days. This reduces the likelihood that you'll refund a payment for which a commission has already been paid. Learn more about the different types of affiliate payment statuses.
