2. Billing and Payment Terms
- Billing Cycle: Monthly plans are billed every 30 days; annual plans are billed once every 12 months.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit cards.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension after a grace period of 14 days.
- Upgrades/Downgrades: Customers can upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time. Adjustments will be prorated.
- Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are only applicable as per our refund policy.
3. Exceeding your Plan Limits
If you exceed the limits of your monthly plan we will upgrade you to the next pricing tier in the next billing cycle.
4. Discounts and Promotions
- Annual Discount: Customers who opt for annual billing receive a 16% discount (12 months for the price of 10).
- Volume Discounts: Custom pricing is available for customers with high-volume usage.
5. Service Changes and Price Adjustments
- We reserve the right to update our pricing and plans with prior notice to existing customers.
- Changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
- Existing customers may continue on their current plan until the next renewal date.
